On The Sean Hannity Show: Michele Bachmann: … all the surplus in Social Security is a big vault stuffed with IOU notes, there’s not one dime sitting in there. Weiner: Are you surprised to learn, Congresswoman Bachmann, that we don’t have a room filled with dimes? [via]
Talking about the PG-13 rating, Emily Browning, the main character in Sucker Punch, said “I had a very tame and mild love scene with John Hamm… I think it’s great for this young girl to actually take control of her own sexuality. Well, the MPAA doesn’t like that. They don’t think a girl should ever be in control of her own sexuality because they’re from the Stone Age… So essentially, they got Zack to edit the scene and make it look less like she’s into it. And Zack said he edited it down to the point where it looked like he was taking advantage of her. That’s the only way he could get a PG-13 [rating] and he said, “I don’t want to send that message.” So they cut the scene!”
I knew that when they didn’t have Robert Englund reprise his infamous role. Smh.
Ditto. And New Nancy was way lame.
Wasn’t Cam Gigandet in the new Nightmare On Elm Street? I think that was the only…
ew they should just watch Single White Female.
Freddie looked like a hand puppet. Seriously, find a gif or whatever and you’ll see it. AND IT WILL BE IN YOUR BRAIN FOREVER.
Also it was Kellan Lutz, not Cam Cigandet.
the other guy’s hotter. :x Freddy’s face wth was that?
I beg to differ, Kellan is way hotter. It was ‘realistic’ I believe. *eyeroll*
to each their own. I don’t want realistic. OG Freddy’s face gave me nightmares … like is was supposed to. Looking at that guy’s face you just feel kinda sorry he got caught in a fire and has to live with that.
I think we’re talking about two different dudes, Kellan was the first one to die in the new movie. He’s super pretty with spring curls for hair.
I like the original Freddy better, he was terrifying because he was unrealistic. He looked like a nightmare.
So I got the kiddo into a fairly inexpensive daycare and the woman in charge seemed pretty sure of getting CHASI in place by Friday. I’m keeping my fingers crossed because it would mean that I wouldn’t have to pay for a full week then. It’s really nice too, all kind of activities and a playground outside. He’s really excited, he didn’t want to leave today!
This weekend we’re going to the Museum of Transportation with his Grandma Marian and PawPaw Michael. They’ll have life sized versions of the main cars from Cars and he loves that movie. I’m excited too just because I can’t wait to see his face. Plus they have all kinds of cool trains and some really pretty old cars.
