I think he’s charismatic, esp with Liv. He doesn’t have the hard personality like Olivia/Mellie/Cyrus. I like that he’s a dreamer and a lot unrealistic, but he’s also competent wrt his job.

He does have a bit with Olivia but honestly, she’s fucking amazing, who wouldn’t.
